Be part of a winning, passionate and caring team
Sierra Club is America's oldest, largest, and most influential grassroots environmental organization. As stewards of the earth, its resources and the life it supports, members work to preserve and restore wildlands, protect endangered species, and fight for clean air and water.
Our Kentucky chapter needs you!
The Cumberland Chapter, founded in 1968, encompasses the Commonwealth of Kentucky and, since its founding, has grown to an estimated 5,000 members.
We are involved in numerous conservation issues affecting Kentucky's environment and our citizens' health.
We also offer robust Outings & Inner City Outings programs (ICO), leading trips that are not only fun adventures, but educational as well. Our ICO programs provide inner city youth an opportunity to experience beautiful Kentucky wilderness areas first-hand.
Our success in addressing these issues is dependent upon our dues-paying members, whose membership fees help to fund our work in the Commonwealth.
Join us and make a difference in the world!
