We will be accompanied by a local citizen of the area who will show us firsthand the effects of mountaintop removal on his land. This lively 75 year-old man has led many tours of the area and has quite a story to share. We will meet briefly at a local community church for an orientation and then drive to his property for our dayhike. Saturday evening will find us dining together at a favorite spot where the “locals” eat as we recap our day. Join us for this informative, eye-opening, unforgettable adventure!!
