Volunteer for the Kentucky Sierra Club

We need you!

Sierra Club is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization - we exist because of volunteers! We always need more help - whether it's for one-time projects, small ongoing tasks, or to take on larger committments, like filling a leadership role and/or running for an elected position on our Chapter or a Group Executive Committee.

Building Our Capacity is a Top Priority for our Chapter

Our Chapter and Group Membership committees are working hard on strengthening and expanding our Cumberland Chapter's capacity to do the environmental work in Kentucky that is so important to all of us.

If you would like to volunteer - please share your outings, conservation and volunteer interests with us by completing our Volunteer Interest Survey so we can help connect you with volunteer opportunities that fit with your interests and availability.

This survey is for anyone who would like to volunteer. The information will help us network our experienced volunteers with friends and members who have interest in the same area of expertise and want to be more involved.

Additionally, understanding the interests and make-up of our membership and allies in Kentucky will help us better serve and engage our current family of members, grow and diversify our membership base, and strengthen our communication and mobilization capacities. Every member and volunteer is important - let us hear from you.

Thank you for helping us continue to grow in our capacity to nurture and protect Kentucky's environment and natural resources.
